( she has not lived with him or been a wife to him for over a year) anyway, now that he wants a divorce, she wants everything she can get. how does the alimony work in north carolina? he is military and she is still getting BAH. she doesnt work, but worked before the marraige. any thoughts anyone?Advice on divorce in north carolina?
friendly fire ! Works in the military...... :^)Advice on divorce in north carolina?
Better get a real dirty attorney or she will still get half.
have her killed. simple and cheaper than hiring a lawyer.
take hinm to a panthers game up to the nosebleed section and push him down the stairs on the field til hes dead
Generally speaking, rather she worked during the marriage or not, she entitled to 50% of the martial assets. She鈥檚 also responsible for 50% of the martial debt. Alimony is going to depend on many factors. Brother needs to talk to an attorney.
