i'm drawing ssi disability, can spouse get 1/2 of my income, i'm in the state of florida, no children, no assets, and wife is not working but hasn't any physical reasons for not working. was married in year 2000 have been separated since 6mo after marriageLegal advice for divorce?
I am not sure your answer, but I know that if you google ';florida divorce laws'; I am sure you can find some answers. Try to include ssi income somewhere in your search too.
