Need advice about a military divorce?

My daughter has been married for less than a year to a guy in the navy. She just found out he is having an affair. Does she have any rights for spousal support?Need advice about a military divorce?
First thing to do here is to have a lawyers who's expertise is about Military Divorce and work things out with her/him.

Check the site below:Need advice about a military divorce?
Ohhh yeah. She's in a good spot right now. The military doesn't allow divorces unless you've been married for a year. Then after that there is a year long wait and during all this inbetween time he needs to give her money every month for rent, bills ect...

Plus since he cheated the military will probably take some sort of action against him. I'm sure she'l make out nicely in the end :)
he collects extra money each month, because he has a family that does not live in on base housing. BAQ. and VHA. basic allowance for quarters and variable housing allowance. she needs to tell his CO that is not supporting his family. at the very least she is entitled to his monthly BAQ and VHA ie... rent money
Yes... as a female sailor I can tell you that as long as she can prove that he was in the wrong then the court system and the military will force him to continue to provide for her as well as she can maintain her health insurance.
NO NO NO NOOOOO!! oh girl he trippin'..

yessss she would because..they are married.

that would give her her rights..

anndddddddd he his rank willl stay the same
hell yeah, if she can prove he was cheating
