Married 4 months, husaband doesn't want to try.. need divorce advice?

My daughter has only been married 4 months and her husband has decided to move back home to his family and give up. She is a college student with no income and he never got a job. Can anyone tell me the steps and cost for a uncontested divorce in CA?Married 4 months, husaband doesn't want to try.. need divorce advice?
Actually, you cannot get an annulment simply based on the amount of time you were married. There are specific reasons you must qualify for in order to be allowed an annulment.

Uncontested divorces do not require lawyers and since all aspects are already agreed upon, it takes less time. She would prepare papers (or have them prepared), file them at her local court house then serve a copy to her spouse. She'll then will wait the required waiting period (which in CA is 6 months), and then receive a final divorce decree by mail when the divorce is finalized.Married 4 months, husaband doesn't want to try.. need divorce advice?
You can get the marriage annulled, it's too short to go through a full on divorce. Very low cost at the court house you can do it yourself. Go there and ask for the papers, fill them out (if you need help there is usually a clerk there to help you with any questions). File them, they'll serve him, you'll be given a court date and the judge will award the annulment that day. Done deal!
you can go online to whatever county you live in and it'll give you the amount and steps to do this.
