I'm going to court next week for a judicial separation and divorce hearing, my ex wife is living in our house with our three children and her new partner and their new child. I'm renting elsewhere and paying half the mortgage. I'm working full time, my ex wife gave up work since the birth of her new child with her new partner. can you say CHILD SUPPORT?????????? and lots ofit........you should ber paying mortgage they are your kids and you have to keep a roof on their heads
got a good legal counselor with you..you should fight for all of your rights..custody..financial..
