Married for 8 months and want a divorce... advice.?

I have told my husband time and time again I want a divorce. He keeps avoiding me and ignoring me. What do I do to get out of my situation? I have made up my mind I don't want to be married to him anymore. I want to get out of the marriage as soon as possible.Married for 8 months and want a divorce... advice.?

See a lawyer about divorce. Plan before you get a divorce though. Example- Where will you live when you leave,get your money out of the bank, etc.
sounds like the two of you have not even discussed the divorce so you have no idea how he feels. What if he is willing to try everthing to make the marriage work.





I think tis a shame that so many ppl are so eager on quit on marriage after they say ';through thick and thin, in sickness and health';. If you are in a thin part of your relationship why not seek marriage councelling or something before givin up.
HELLLLOOOO serve him papers...he can't run from that proof that you really want out...or better yet...move out.
